1. App, operator, and scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the KOLS Rewards Android application published on Google Play and the related web reward service at https://rewards.kolstoken.com/. The service is operated by Chain Systems.
2. Data we process
- Google account data: Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image made available through Google Sign-In.
- Service and reward data: point balances and history, rewarded-ad completion records, participation limits, referral code and relationships, rankings, event scores, and voucher or exchange records where available.
- Wallet data: public EVM wallet address and wallet-verification records when a user voluntarily connects a wallet. We do not request or store private keys or seed phrases.
- Technical and security data: IP address, device and browser information, operating system and app version, timestamps, session records, error logs, and signals used to prevent duplicate participation, automated abuse, and advertising fraud.
3. How we use data
- Authenticate users and keep Android and web account activity synchronized.
- Operate reward participation, calculate points and referral results, display rankings, and maintain account history.
- Confirm rewarded-ad completion and enforce participation limits.
- Detect duplicate accounts, manipulated traffic, VPN or proxy abuse, automated activity, and other unfair participation.
- Provide support, investigate errors and disputes, improve reliability, and comply with legal and platform obligations.
4. Advertising and external services
The Android app uses Google Sign-In and Google AdMob. The web service may use Google Sign-In, Google AdSense, and Google AdSense Offerwall. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, advertising data, and interaction data according to their own policies and user consent settings.

5. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal data as a standalone product. Data may be processed by service providers that support authentication, advertising, hosting, database operation, security, error diagnosis, and wallet verification. Information may be processed outside the user's country where these providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and each provider's terms.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and reward records are retained while an account remains active and for only as long as reasonably necessary for reward accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Data that no longer serves these purposes is deleted or anonymized.
To request access, correction, account deletion, or deletion of associated personal data, email hid200712@gmail.com from the Google email address used to sign in. Include “KOLS Rewards Account Deletion Request” in the subject. We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, payment or reward disputes, security, or law.
7. Security and user choices
We use access controls, session protection, transport encryption, and abuse-monitoring measures appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users may manage Google permissions in their Google Account and advertising choices through Google controls.
8. Children
KOLS Rewards is not directed to children under 13, or to anyone below the minimum digital-consent age required in their country. If we learn that a child provided personal data without valid consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
9. Policy updates and contact
